SLR Healthcare ABL has provided a $5MM asset-based revolving credit facility to a large regional home care agency providing Medicaid personal care services to over 1,200 elderly and disabled adults. The company’s family caregiver model addresses the nationwide shortage of healthcare aides and increases access to care. The company and its sponsors were looking for a financial partner to support their expansion. SLR Healthcare ABL was selected given its experience in the space and prior successful partnerships with one of the sponsors.
